Here are some important information regarding the first day of school. For the first day ONLY, students will line up on the big number 1 behind the playground. After tomorrow, students will then line up in the playcourt (covered area). Please do not drop off your child before 8:40. Parents are welcome inside the classroom for about 10 minutes. I will then make an announcement after 10 minutes. By doing so, it will allow us to continue with our day and learn how to be independent.
School will begin at 8:55 and dismissal is at 3:00 pm. Please wait by your child's locker if you are picking them up from school. This will eliminate any traffic. It is imperative that I get a written note or phone call/email well in advance if your child home transportation changes. If I do not get any notification, I will have to go with what their usual transportation method is.
If you have any questions, feel free to call, email, or stop by anytime before and after school. I am looking forward to seeing your child tomorrow for the first day of kindergarten!
